Hi there,
I hope anyone can help me with this issue. I want to enable site visitors to download freebies from my google drive. So far so good. I installed the free version of download manager (to try it before subscribing to pro) and installed the google drive ad-on. Where I got stuck is the Google OAuth consent screen, which asks for verification by Google. There is an option to choose between internal ( Because you’re not a G Suite user, you can only make your app available to external – general audience – users.) and external (in this mode, your app is available to any user with a Google account. External apps that request sensitive or restricted user data must first be verified by Google. This process may take 4-6 weeks. In addition, if you selected restricted scopes, you’ll need to go through an independent security review, which can cost USD $15k-$75k.).

The instruction I found online shows slightly different Google portal screenshots, missing these options https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/google-drive-explorer/ . I guess they are old or outdated? To help me setup Google Drive for Download Manager can someone who has done it please advise me? Or maybe the developer (if reading this post) create a new accurate instruction? Thank you guys

Hi,

It may be caused by setup issues or configuration. if possible, Please give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking.

Thanks.

The same here. Is the problem with OAuth resolved? Any other solution to connect without waiting 4-6 weeks or being GSuite user?
