Getting 500 Internal Server Error, WPDM Renaming/Duplication Files In server

Hello,
I been having issue for the last 2 weeks, users are getting 500 Internal Server when trying to download somethings.
Also another thing is that I seen a lot of files been duplicated in the server, files that are in the wpdownload manager folder, those duplicate have numbers before the original file name.
Hostgator log in and check everything they said they were able to download the file with no problem.. but when i try with the same usr account that i give to hostgator it doesn’t work.

Your license should work fine, recently we moved our license server from http to https, and we adjusted the license server url in our latest version, please update your copy, that will fix the license issue.

Also, please post in pro forum for pro support.
