Functionality of changing icons

Pleasne, I would like to know if the functionality of changing icons in a download works in the free version. Until now I have been using it but when I click on the icons tab the icons to choose from do not appear. Thank you.

Hope you are well. And sorry for the inconvenience. Icons to choose from package settings is working properly in our test site. if possible, can you please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply to check the issue?
