Hi! When we put this [wpdm_archive_filter items_per_page="9" template="fresh_card" cols=3] the “fresh_card” template does not work. Instead of the cards only “fresh_cards.php” appear. How can I upload that template?

This fresh_card template is not available in free version. It is available in Download Manager Pro.
