File cannot be download : Access Denied

Hello there,

I am currently using the free WordPress Download Manager and have been uploading a number of files. However, some of the files are not available to download and stated “Access Denied” . I have tried to re-upload the file, it still doesn’t work. I have then tried adding it as a new file (with a new short-code), the file works for a while, but then it doesn’t work again. Please can you advice?

You can set Allow access to All User from package settings section from single package page edit mode.

Hello,

The file setting is already set as for “All Visitors” and this still doesn’t work. Please see attached screenshot for reference.

is this screenshot picture is correct for the package which is showing access denied?

Can you send login in private to check the issue?
