Hi, am using WordPress Download Manager to upload documents, but once I attach “featured image” it does not appear after updating the document via WPDM dashboard and also I have linked WPDM with post table pro plugin to display the documents at the front end. But the featured image does not appear too.
please share your related URL, if possible, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue.

Make sure to clear your browser, website and CDN caches if you have any.
Can you please provide us with any specific package URL where the missing elements exist?
Or you can reproduce the issue by using this tool.

Thanks for you inspection and the feedback too. But some of the documents have featured images already but don’t appear at the dashboard
Please check this and see what is happening. Can I try uninstalling or deactivating the plugin then activate it again? Because I have cleared caches but still not working.

Sorry for your little inconveniences, I think this caused for the image processing or can be media library image adjustment/editing the image, I have checked reproducing the image with png file, the same image is working fine there. It was checking for Are Local Governments Managing Money Well? package. I think you can change the image type or you have adjusted the image anywhere
