Currently the Form Lock add on is not compatible with the core Bulk Import feature.
The required Form Lock fields for inclusion in the Import CSV file are not available through Support or the web site.
The Form Lock fields could be provided to add-on purchasers in the same way ACF Fields for Import are provided to add-on purchasers.
