Export structure from a site and import on another one

On my website i got an yearly structure of download packages, including informations like accessibility to logged in users, category, or custom created taxonomies, that i would like to export, with the downloadable file included. Is it possible to do it, simply by the import/export function?

Regarding the Download Manager’s Import/Export feature(pro feature), it generates a CSV/JSON/XML file containing all packages and their information.

Please ask if you have more questions.
