I keep getting charged each year for services I did not order, did not receive and do not show up on my purchases. I emailed twice with last year’s charge and no one responded and forgot to follow up again. Just got charged again! I want a refund and there is no way to contact anyone!

I replied to your email on the 9th, but got no reply so I have logged back in to reply to this message on your online board…I have no order id as this was not something I ordered. Same as the charge last year. It must be some sort of renewal, but I have not received any information from your organization for it only a charge on my card the last two years for $39. When you look at last order on my profile it shows 2019. I don’t understand why I keep getting charged and why this is not solved after two years.
I appreciate you looking into this to correct.

You should get the email before your charge. Please kindly check your all mails including spam folder. You also be mailed with the invoice. Please kindly check and share with us the order referrence or order id details. Please kindly check.

I have checked inboxes, trash and spam – no email was received regarding either of these charges
It shouldn’t be happend. Please check if you are checking correct email which is your WPDM account attached. Other users also not reporting such issue. Please kindly check again.
