In the past, there was a shortcode listed on the “Downloads All Files” screen. Now there is a link button when pushed a screen pops up for a second and disappears. I have tried 3 different web browsers and turning off all pop-up blockers. How do I get to the document shortcode?
Please deactivate and reactivate the plugin, that should fix the issue.

I think there may be conflicting with another plugin, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch theme to another for checking, please let me know then

I could not find one in comflict. Do you display the shortcode anywhere else as a work around?
Such an issue only will happen if any other active plugin and theme style conflicting on that page. However, you can generate shortcode easily ( rather than copy/paste it ) using any of the following add-ons:
If you are using the classic editor:
For Gutenberg users:
And for elementor:
However, we shall check and resolve it with the next update.
@Tanaphone Deactivate and reactivate the plugin, if it does not work enable/disable other plugins and the theme also for checking if there is any conflict.
