Email Lock Option not visible

Hi I was trying to create a subscription form to send free content to email, like shown in the link below:

Grow Your Email List In WordPress With WPDM (WordPress Download Manager)

From this tutorial I understood that I don’t need premium account to be able to do that.

However, when I create new content I can only see three options for the lock options under package settings:
1 -Must Agree with Terms
2-Enable Password Lock
3-Enable Captcha Lock

I cannot see “email lock” option. What might be the problem?

(also as a UX feedback: I couldn’t find where to search for previous forum content. I hope this post isn’t a duplicate)
