Hi,

I’m getting the “email blocked” message that is preventing me from downloading, but I’m the site admin.

I’ve tried downloading with other user roles such as “member” and it worked fine. It might be specific to my email.

Is someone able to assist?

Sorry for this inconvenience.
If you are already registered and have not verified your Email, then the message will appear while you will try to download any file. please check your email is verified or not while registering. please let me know then if your issue gets resolved or not.

If still the issue persists, please let me know.

How do I verify my email or check if it is already verified?

From two years of using the plug-in, we haven’t had this issue. It only started last month.

Hello,
I am not sure what happened in the meantime. But the issue is coming from a logic created in wpdm-start-download.php file.
I would suggest you to make a temporary admin and delete the existing admin account which causing the problem then recreate that and verify. I hope it will solve the issue.
