Elementor add in – can’t find button

I’ve Elementor 3.5.5 and Pro 3.6.2, and WPDM Elementor add in 1.1.0 and Download manager 3.2.36. In elementor on the add widgets pane, I can see some WPDM widgets in the WordPress section. However, I can’t see any in the elementor section and I’m missing the button to add a single file. I’ve done it before and so have been able to save as a global widget from a previous page. Should I be seeing something else or what’s the name of the widget to add a single package?

Hello,

Sorry for this inconvenience.

WPDM Elementor latest version with Elementor and Elementor Pro is working fine from our test environment . But in your website that is not working.

However, It could be caused because of a conflict with another plugin, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking, please let me know then. You can also test it in a clean wordpress environment.

Thanks for the advice – I disabled and checked through the other add-ons and found the culprit! Card Elements for Elementor stopped the Download Manager options from displaying. I can’t seem to find on my site where I need this add-on so I’m sorted and hope it’s helpful to know which one it is so you can do some digging on why there might be a conflict. I will also get in touch with the add-on provider to let them know about this glitch.
