Hi there,
have updated Download Manger and now all downloads showing “xxx.pdf.download”. It also shows “Download class=”fa fa-th-large”> 607.92 KB”. And Password won’t work anymore.

Same thing – plug in was great then updated and all of the files are gone.
Can they be recovered or do we need to upload again?

Go to settings and click on download package to select all files and click on migrate.
I am having the same issue with all of my clients sites. I did the migrate and then when you click on a file to download it has 0 bytes
Please advise quickly.
anyhow having trouble even after migration, please give me temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply, also please mention your issue, I’ll check.
Shaon … I just updated my version as well and all my downloads deleted! Please help me out asap! I had over 35,000 combined downloads from programs on my website and now they are all gone! ?!
Have updated to Version 2.7.1 and still not working. When will this be fixed???

Hi Shaon.
Just adding my voice to the list. I have converted *all* my downloads and then tried to set up with the new ids of the posts, but its just not working. THe throbber is just churning away and nothing is happening. The site is A taste of linux.
Is there a solution please? Or should we downgrade the plugin until you’ve got it sorted out and running properly again?

v2.7.1 fixed broken html, if password popup doesn’t work, it is conflict with your theme or plugin plugin js. I need check it in your installation, anyone having password issue, please give me login info here in a private reply. Thanks.
