Downloads don’t work and I can’t update plugins

I can’t enter the plugins section, it gives me a 500 error.

It asks me to update the plugins: WPDM – Archive Page and WPDM – Download Limits. But when giving to update from the plugins section, it does nothing, redirects me to updates, but nothing appears there.
