Hi,
Please assist. I am using WordPress vs 4.6.1 running Headway theme. Download manager vs 2.9.1. free version
This was working perfectly. Tried to upload a new download this morning and ALL the downloads have disappeared from the Web site. There are over 200. They are still on the server.
Have disabled all the plug-ins, still not working
Have checked the server
Would appreciate any advice as to repair this. I am using this plug in on other Web sites and dont have the same problem.

May be its conflicting with other plugins. Please try deactivating other plugins. And try adding new files. If the problem is not solved would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

Sorry to jump on this thread.
I have added to new items today and niether of them are showing, items added last Friday are showing correctly. Im running 4.2.2 but was last friday and nothing has changed to my site with regards to wordpress updates.
If logged in as user they appear on the page correctly, however logged out and viewing as public then links are not showing.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I must have mis-communicated the problem. What has happened at least 2, maybe 3 times is that things are set up perfectly, then the link to Downloads in Appearances: Menus disappears.
Am I not describing this properly, or do you see the problem and you are off fixing it? I’ve taken the site down to no other plugins and the Download Manager files don’t show up in the Appearance:Menus page.
Should I start a different thread? Perhaps my problem isn’t connected with the original poster.
