downloading documents only works on Safari?

Hi,
For some reason the documents we have for downloading (pdf brochures) only works on Safari Browser – when used on other browsers such as Firefox when selecting ‘download’ it opens up a new page but nothing appears??

Am i missing something when i configure settings for WP Download Manager (Free)?

Any help or advice much appreciated

It was opening in the browser, as “Open in browser” option was check, I’ve unchecked and saved settings. Not it is downloading.
