I have some problems and I would like to ask for your help. I have some AutoCAD files on our website, which have to be downloaded by our clients with a password.
When I testing. After I have written the password it starts to download and nothing happens. Processing is being written.
Could you help me solve this problem.

I tried the login But seems like its invalid.
And there might be any plugin conflict with the download manager. You can try deactivating plugins to see which one causing the issue. Please use the updated version of the plugin. Or anyhow server is blocking the ajax request.

Hi, password lock is working fine now. We also have added the patch to our side for next update, so, no worry :).
