Download returns permission-denied.txt

Hi! I recently inherited a WordPress service/site using Download Manager but I don’t know much about WordPress ecosystem to be honest.

I need to figure out why a download returns permission-denied.txt. This is the broken link

Here are my questions
1. Does Download Manager use a table in the WordPress attached database that contains the record for this file? If yes, what’s the default name for such table?
I searched our database instance and it doesn’t show any table with the prefix wpdm_.

2. Is 25144 the id of the row?

2. Any other possible reasons for this denial than a missing table?

Hi Nayeem! Thank you for your response. We have another WordPress related issue and I have given their tech support access to our instance. I will get back to you once that’s done so we don’t have too many people having access.

There is no role restriction applied. As per my colleague, anyone who has the link should be able to download it.
