Download renders “Download Not Available” for all packages

recently updated plug to Version 3.1.10

Everything working as before except when clicking default Download button, no action occurs. No package has any expiration date associated with it. Worked in prior version. Please advise.

I have checked that, other files packages are missing attached file, but attaching the file to the files-packages it is working fine here, https://sweetbriarfarms.org/download/wpdm-test/, please check
