Hi there, the download numbers per book don’t appear to be updating on my website even though mu activity is logged within the stats.

I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch theme to another for checking if possible, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue.

Okay I’ll try disabling some plug-ins. Do you have access to different download numbers?

Disabling a few plug-ins did work but only temporarily. Website doesn’t display the true numbers.

If any conflict with specific plugin it will not work properly otherwise it will work as expected. I hope you have understood.
