Download manager seems to have stopped working on webpage

I helped a committee with a website a few years ago and we installed the Download Manager plugin. They reached out to me today to let me know the plugin stopped working and I can’t figure out why or how to fix it. Here’s one of the page as an example: https://namwt.org/minutes/
It was working perfectly. They said they haven’t done anything to cause it to stop working.
The files are all still there when you look at ‘all files.’ Any help would be appreciated.

First please ensure that you have the WPDM Extended Short-codes add-on installed on your website.

It’s installed
WordPress Download Manager Pro Extended Short-Codes
Version 2.8.1

But i noticed your link went to a different version so when I updated, everything is working fine. Thanks!!
