Download manager is not working.
I installed a download button and pasted a shortcode, but it’s not working.
However, when I look at the history, it shows that the download was successful.
Please tell me what to do.

When selecting the attachment, I was selecting it from the media library, so I was unable to download it successfully.
The problem was resolved by placing the file within the green frame.
