Download Manager has Disappeared

Hi there,

We had download manager installed on our webpage and now it has gone from the plugins menu on the dashboard on WordPress.
When we try to re-install it, we are being told it is already installed. We cannot seem to find it installed in the plugin menu. Does anyone have any idea why this is doing this?

Hi

Please check this wordpress\wp-content\plugins path in your FTP, if it contains any folder named “download-manager” or “wpdm-” in the prefix. If any please delete it and try to install the WordPress Download Manager Plugin again.
