Same with others posted on this forum, the download links don’t work after the update, simply no response after clicking the link, please help. Thanks!

For the time being you can follow the link below documentation,
by default, you are using link-template-default.php for link template and page-template-default.php for the page template. As documentation, you have to copy the file in the theme directory naming a folder called download-manager, then paste it in page-templates for page template or link-templates for link template. And you have to replace [download_link] with <a href="[download_url]" class="btn btn-primary" target="_blank">[link_label]</a> in related PHP file.

No worry, the issue is fixed in v3.1.01, please update your copy, it will be working fine again.
No, the problem is still there after I updated to the new version, still no response when clicking download
I have the same problem in chrome but not in safari.

In that case, it is happening due to the js cache. Please try cleating the cache. Alternatively, in the latest update 3.1.02, we have added an option to unmask the download link, that option will resolve the issue regardless of the js cache.

Thank you for helping us out, clearing cache could not solve the problem, I have tried many times, but the unmasking option works. However, unmasking means the link will not be protected anymore. Masking is one of the feature that makes this plugin great, but now it can only work without the masking.
As this is not an issue in previous version, it would be great if your team can find better solution to resolve this.
