Download limit

i have a feature request, please consider reviewing it.
Add the possibility to set a “general” and “specific” limit.
exemple: general limit will be 1 year for all roles and specefic limit for daily downloads.
let say i have 2 roles: “Silver” and “Gold”
Silver role is allowed for 5 downloads per day and total 100 per year.
Gold is allowed for 8 downloads per day and total 150 downloads per year.
daily limit will auto reset, yearly limit will not so if user reach yearly limit he will have to renew subscription.
