Download isn't working properly

We have some problems and we would like to ask for your help. We have PDF files on our websites, which have to be downloaded by our clients with a password. A lot of people succeed but many of them don’t.

After they have written the password it starts to download and nothing happens. Processing is being written.

Could you help us solve this problem.

Login info is not working. It blocked me from wp-admin.
