As a shortly time the Download Manager doesn’t run. When I configure a Downlaod with password after then Download Manager is hanging up, it’s appear a message >Is being processed …<. When I configure Download Manager without password, Download Manager runs fine.

we work with 2 browser (Mozilla, MS-Edge). With both browsers have we same problems and all our customers cannot download our Software.
Can it be, that the problem is dependent from our german language?
I cannot see a screencast?

Sorry for the mistake. Here is the new screencast where I checked Chrome and MS-Edge browsers to download the file. The download manager is working fine on both of the browsers.

sorry, please choose an another download, I have delete the password for the 64-Bit-Version, because a customer want download the software.

I have it now tested against with my handy (Apple Iphone13) and two different notebooks, the download doesn’t run.
I can show you the situation during a Teams-meeting or a Team-Viewer-meeting.
The problem with Download Manager is relative new, we work for a long time with Download Manager and had no problems.
I think it is a problem with the German language in dependent of the browser.

Could you please make a short video of you test and share with us. As you saw in our screen-casts, it is working fine from our side.
Is there a solution to the problem? We have the same problem. Suddenly the download no longer works after entering the password (no function). Regardless of whether you enter a password or not. Tested under version 3.2.84 and .83.
Interesting: German language pack.
Also interesting: If the admin is logged into WordPress, the download works correctly.
