Download error: Warning: Illegal string offset

When trying to download some files, I am getting this error repeatedly, especially on Chrome browser:

Warning: Illegal string offset: https://postimg.cc/5QB3LLcF

Can you please advise:

Wordpress: 6.1.1
Download Manager: Version 4.6.2
