Hi, I can’t seem to activate the download count on product pages. They’re just simple digital PDF downloads and my clients wants to track how many have been downloaded. I also can’t get the thumbnails to take the visitor to the full excerpt pages… Can someone help? https://sophieedme.com/downloads/
Hi there,
For pro version there is Template add-on. You can make custom page template where you can show the count.
Else you need to modify https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-page-templates/ custom page templates.
