I am using:
WordPress 5.8
Elementor 3.2.5
Download Manager 6.0.3 PRO version licensed with a co-worker’s account
I am using Elementor to create tabs and placing the document shortcodes inside the tabs. The problem is that, on the live website, only the documents that are placed in the first tab, that is the one that is open when the page is loaded, can be seen. And, when clicking in the other tabs the documents are missing, that is they can’t be seen.

In the above website, only the documents that are placed inside the tab bar marked 2012 can be seen and the documents that are in the other tabs cannot be seen.
I would like to know if this is possibly an Elementor issue or an issue with the documents themselves?

Hope you are well. And sorry for the inconvenience. We have released the latest version 6.0.5 of the WPDM PRO plugin and add-ons. According to the latest update of WPDM PRO, you also need to update the other add-ons as well. Please update them, or you can download them from here.
I hope it will work fine then. If it doesn’t work, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue.

I have logged into WordPress with Yusuf’s account but I have been unable to find an auto-update button or option. I have taken a screenshot which I have added to the WordPress Media section, you will see it is the first image in the Media window if you log into our WordPress site and click on Media.
I have also attempted to follow the instructions on this page: https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/updating-download-manager-to-the-latest-version/
However it is not exactly clear how I can download the latest PRO version, specifically from which page on this website, and whether that will come with any additional costs.

Auto-update sometimes fails due to auth error or server file permission issue.
First of all login in using yrshaik@gmail.com email address.
After the login simply visit Premium Download Area and if you have validity then you will be able to download the latest version of the WPDM pro.

No update doesn’t require additional cost. If you have active validity then you will get it free from the Premium Download area which is the latest one. Please download and install, it’s the correct file. Then let us know that it’s version 6.0.5 or not.
Also, please open a separate forum topic in the future by describing your issues propelrly. So, that we can debug and give you a better solution ASAP.
