I wonder if there are potential problems using divi with the download manager? When googling I see a title in the download manager pro forum “Conflict between WPDM and Elegant Themes Divi” but the access is restricted. Since I am using divi and are thinking about getting the pro version this seems important ;-).Feb 7, 2019 at 2:45 pm #93433

How did you add the captcha in the registration form? Have you modified the registration form template or used the hook? The issue doesn’t seem related to your theme.Feb 16, 2019 at 6:50 pm #93833Feb 16, 2019 at 6:57 pm #93834
The signup is working fine and getting the Welcome email with username and password. But the server is sending the 500 error response for some reason. I have to debug code to find where exactly the error is coming from. Enable plugin editor for the provided user if you want me to dig further.Feb 16, 2019 at 7:02 pm #93835Feb 16, 2019 at 7:05 pm #93837
Maybe you are using some role editor plugin which removed the editor access from administrator role. However, if you don’t know how to edit those permissions then send FTP info, it will work too.Feb 16, 2019 at 7:12 pm #93838Feb 16, 2019 at 7:47 pm #93839

Namespace was missing for the
Sessionclass. Added the namespace which fixed the issue.
