Cannot download the file directly to the computer.
A window opens in the same tab as the site.
Yet the box is unchecked for open in the browser in the basic configuration

I have checked that, you have attached a site file URL directly, instead of an open file in the browser downloading instantly, use Select Files option for file uploading
