Description is blank

I am using the following shortcode to try and display the description on the front end. However the description field is blank. I have followed the documentation here: https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/short-codes/wpdm_all_packages-list-all-downloads-in-tabular-format-in-a-page/

Why would this be blank?

Thank you but my client has gone with a different paid plugin as it took WAY to long to get a resolution on this issue (this is not my first post in the forum about this issue, first contact was Jun 22 which was over 2 months ago)
