Hi,
I bought you the mailchimp addon from you, but I found a problem. When you send the information from the pop up form when you want to make a download, this data is sent to mailchimp. But if this person mistakenly typed your name, and performs another download and corrects your data, it is not updated in mailchimp.

Are you trying the same email? Generally, Mailchimp does not accept spamming. if you trying the same email it will prevent it. please try with another device or you can also try the browser.

The problem is not spamming. We have to use Mailchimp forms for our newsletter subscribers, some users have changed their names, phone, address that these details have been updated automatically in MailChimp. However, the DM is not doing that process as expected.
Could you please help us to fix this?
