Hello there !

First of all, thanks for this amazing plugin, it has been working so good, it was a relief to have it.
I only have two “problems” :

– I can’t find a way to customize the table made with the [wpdm-all-packages] shortcode, especially the first row, which one can be used to sort the downloads. This row is composed of “Title”, “Categories”, Create Date” and “Download”. In fact, I would like to replace the “Categories” section by an “Extract” section, where could be viewed the actual extract of the document I’m trying to download.

– In WordPress back office > Downloads > All Downloads, I can’t figure out how to sort items on their Categories. It is possible to do so on the “Title” and “Date” section, but not on the others. How can I make the Categories section sortable ?

Thank you for instance, and sorry for those specific questions. I haven’t found a similar one in the forum.
I wish you a good continuation.

Best Regards,
Spiwi

we also have a customization team and if you want to use them, please contact customize@wpdownloadmanager.com for quote.

Or

You need to follow the steps to customize

You need to copy the tpls/ dir from download manager plugin dir to active theme dir. (This is required to do in-case you want to update your plugin later the change wont be effected on design)
Then rename it copied tpls dir ( which is in your theme dir ) to download-manager
Now edit wpdm-all-downloads.php in download-managerdir ( which is in your active theme dir )

Hi Martin,

Finally, how did you resolve your problem? Did you contact the customization team? If so, did you receive a special shortcode to do this? Or did you customize the php file yourself?

Thanks in advance!

Viv
