I want to import CSV file. Where are the files stored after importing? Is it possible to delete single row in CSV file?

Can I import CSV file containing list of users; Can I give each user access rights to specific files?

Hi,
Currently, you can import CSV in this format in pro version only. It can only import package and assign it to the user importing the file.
You can also assign user level and category for the package. But it is a pro version addon. You can find it here.

And no you can’t import bulk user and give access to specific files. But you can select User role for specific package file.

Thanks for your reply. I am using WordPress download manger free version and I want to upgrade my plan to pro version.

I want to import “users.csv” file and give each user access rights to specific files for example as given below

User1 fileA.zip, fileB.zip, fileH.zip
User2 fileA.zip, fileC.zip, fileH.zip
User3 fileC.zip, fileH.zip, fileK.zip

Is it possible to do that?

Hi,

currently, we don’t have the feature to assign a single user to a specific file in bulk import, You can assign a group of users.

hi Hasibul
herewith enclosed part of the csv file i uploaded (we have the pro edition)
it worked and i saw everything with right titla and category but when i try download i get a ‘Invalid File Type (.php)! error
if i upload files without csv it works properly.

can u help?

Hi,

Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply to check the issue.

Did you attach PHP file? Some files are not allowed for security reasons.
