Critical Error when I go to “All Files”

Hi there, I’ve been using wp download manager on my website and I find it very useful. However, I suddenly encountered an error saying “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” I always happen whenever I click “All Files” on my dashboard. Please help me. I might consider buying the pro version if you help me solve this. Thank you!

I see, I tried to login using the temporary account that I gave to you and I see no errors. Maybe the issue is within the admin account that I am currently using. I don’t know how to resolve this. Do you have any idea?

I think there may be conflicting with other plugins or theme too, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch theme to another for checking, please let me know then

Please clear cache and stats from WPDM privacy settings and then update to the latest version. Let me it works or not.
