I updated the free version to the latest release. Everything works but when I try to access the page where to view the uploaded files it reports an error: A critical error has occurred on your website.
What can I do?

Please make sure that WPDM and all add-ons you are using of WPDM are in the latest version. If you can’t update it directly from the WordPress dashboard, Please update manually by uploading these plugins. It should solve the issue.

Das ist ja schön, dass hier einige problembezogene Lösungen besprochen werden. Aber bekommt man auch eine Antwort oder muss man da offensichtlich erst Kunde werden? Wir haben ernsthafte Probleme mit eurem Plugin und ich möchte gerne eine Antwort darauf haben.
That’s nice that some problem-related solutions are being discussed here. But do you get an answer or do you obviously have to become a customer first? We have serious problems with your plugin and I would like to have an answer.

How was your issue resolved?
It seems the issue is with the WPDM – Button Templates, I deactivated, deleted and reinstalled however when it is activated it crashes anytime someone visits a page that has the buttons on it.

Please update your WPDM copy to the latest version which will solve your button template issue.

Our site is still having issues. I can’t open a new thread or i would have. I have the current version of Download Manager and still getting critical site errors on any page that uses the button template pluggin. the only way i was able to fix it temporarily was to disable the button template, then at least the pages load.
I have WPDM version 3.2.07 and button template version 1.3.0, which according to your site are current.
Multiple people seem to be having the same issue. Is there going to be a fix soon?

of the WPDM Button Templates. Please update your add-on to the latest version which shall resolve the issue.
