I purchased Download Manager pro on March 14, but have not received an email confirming the purchase. I cannot enter my order number into the Purchases area because I do not have an order number. I have confirmed that my credit card was charged. If this is not resolved soon, I will treat this as a scam to steal information and report this organization.

Please correct this as soon as possible.
