This is the second year in a row where I have updated the card details using the option, and it has both years still charged the previous card. This is charging off a consultant’s card and we can’t continue to let this happen.
Please can someone get in touch and explain how to refund the card, and charge to the correct card. Can we also look into why it’s not updating the correct card.

Can you please share your associated order ID so that we can check further?
Also, To update the funding source, please follow the below steps.
1 ) Visit the order details page from https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
2 ) Click on the order, then hit the ‘Update Card’ button and insert new card details in the popup.
