I recently updated our website & our downloads that were previously alphabetical are no longer in alphabetical order.
This is the short-code I am using
[wpdm_category id="policies" order_by="field name" order="asc" item_per_page="12" cols="2"]
Please use this shortcode https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/short-codes/wpdm_packages-wp_query-in-a-shortcode-for-download-manager-packages/, instead of wpdm_category. you will find the same feature like the wpdm_category.
