Hi DM-Team!
I have two websites with DM installed. This works perfect (thank you):
Materials on MaLeNe
And on the the other website i installed and used DM the same way, but there is no public download possible. It always requires a login.
Materials on CASIO AT
On this website I use the “Newspaper Theme”. Could there be a conflict?
Could this be the solution: https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/support/topic/patch-cant-download-public-files/

I have checked it but didn’t find any issue in your website. Also tested wpdm and .htaccess and it is okay.
However, If you haven’t changed anything, probably this is a problem from the host. Send them a ticket or use live chat.
