Can't Create New Package

Hi,
I had this plug in for a while. Recently I tested the download links and got the message: File not found or Downlaoad Link Expired!
I found out that all of my downloadeable files do not exist anymore and the managing list is empty. I tried to create a new package, clicked on Package it now, then going back to the Manage tab – nothing there.
Can you please help explaining why this happened? I use WP 3.9.1

not sure exactly, it can’t delete anything by itself, if possible please give me a temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply to check the issue. Thanks
