Cannot save settings

I am trying to save the settings for the plugin but the ajax loading just keeps spinning and it never saves. I have deactivated all plugins and also tried twenty-fourteen theme to make sure it wasn’t either of those. Everything is up to date as far as themes/plugins and core as well.

I do see this error in the console though…

http://mydomain/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 400 (Bad Request) load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,jquery-ui-core,jquery-ui-widget&ver=4.9.4:4

Hello, i have same problem but i can’t access to
Access Restricted!
You are not download manager pro user or your support forum access period is expired!

how can solve this?
