We have many clients who have multiple logins to our site. When we report on download activity, currently all we can see is the user display name as to the ‘who’ performed the download. To try and match this up with which client/organisation did the download, or look at all the downloads for a particular client then we have to do some additional report writing which matches the organisation names to user names.
If we were to add a new field “organisation” to the wordpress user meta data, is there a way we could get the WPDM stats reporting & exporting to surface this field (or any other custom user field)?

Yes, you can add a new custom field using the WPDM Custom Fields add-on. There is a company name field in the edit profile section as well.
However, including that additional field in the stats data would require customization.

This request is already in the Download Manager Pro Feature Request forum.
So – I’m requesting the capability to get the company name field (If we install the ACF add-on) or potentially any other user profile meta data field into the stats reporting.
