We can not active the PAYPAL account for payment.

and show: Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.
Could you please help to resolve it to active the PAYPAL account

we are also currently unable to extend the Pro version because the payment cannot be completed with Paypal. Even a new purchase of the Pro version is currently not possible for apparent technical reasons. Can you solve this problem?

Hi,
we could solve the problem ourselves by changing the browser. In chrome the paypal process was hanging up. Now we renewed our license via Safari browser and it worked.

If it doesn’t work with any browser, Please update the download manager to the latest version. Also two paypal plugins for woo-commerce might be a conflict. Please kindly check and let me know.
