Bulk import question

I am interested in buying download manager pro…. but need some answers, this feature Bulk Import, I tried it on your demo site, but still have some questions, is there some possibility to import files not from csv file, but just select them from server ? and if I buy licence for one site, can I transfer this licence to another site, because, now I am migrating site from joomla to wordpress on my synology, and after that, if everything goes well, I will export this site from my synology to my hosting where it should be ?
