Billing Issue – Renewal complete well in advance but shows expired .

I am pro users and renewal is complete on June 20th instead of the 22th date and still we are seeing it expired.
There is no proper billing support and I do not have access in the pro area to report this . The support forum is not the place to approach for billing issues. Please have a separate area of billing support .
