Hi,
I have enabled the billing address (Download > Settings > Premium Package > Frontend Settings > Billing Address) and on checkout page I now have additional fields to fill in, just I would need to add at least one, mandatory, that is ‘Tax ID’. Ideal would be if a field was displayed depending on a parameter “Physical Person or Business?”, as they would be different Tax IDs, but even one field is enough.
Would it be possible add it?
I have noticed that on order details page, if I edit billing info I have the ‘Tax ID’ field, so I’d assume it is avilable to be added on checkout page also.
How to enable then the invoicing functionality?
If I click the ‘Invoice’ button on order details either on website order page or within admin panel I get an error message “Critical billing info is missing. Please update your billing info to generate invoice properly”.
Should I fill in billing info at checkout and then invoice will be available?
I have tried to fill in data from order details page but ended up in an infinite loop when clicked to save data.
And, customer need would also be to add a checkmark, mandatory, for customer to click it in order to agree some legal requirements about no refund availability for e-goods (not T&Cs, which I’ve seen is to be enabled from Download > Settings > Privacy).

At this moment, there is no option to add tax ID field in the checkout form.
TaxID field in the order details page is for logged in users, which is used for invoice.
To enable the invoice functionality, you have to update the billing information from Dashboard > Edit profile > Billing Address.
You can add a Terms & condition note like this in the invoice content.
